Goto Blizzard Co. and have a lot of gaming experience with probably here and there qualifications I.e. game design. Ask them for a job as a server up-keeper, in-game assistant or/and chat logger. They probably have quite a few, but come on why be a GM for a superficial game? GM's in WoW are everywhere no point in trying to get a job there, many people may have tried! Have you SEEN THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE IN LOVE WITH WOW lol!

I'm pretty sure the GMs are professionals.
The only way I could see becoming one is if you know someone who works at Blizzard.
