Why is Computed radiography better than film?

You have more latitude with techniques with CR than you do with film. You don't have to deal with the dark room and chemicals. You can manipulate the image on the screen to make it look better. It can be viewed on PACS from other locations. You can lose films, but the images should always be in the computer.
