If you had an ectopic pregnancy, you never ever would have made it to 11 weeks, your tube would have ruptured long before now.

You probably just slept on it wrong or pulled a muscle or something, but call your doctor if you're not sure and let them decide if you need to be seen or not.

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.

You could not have an ectopic pregnancy because they terminate very early, either when the fallopian tube ruptures or the pregnancy is removed surgically.

Your shoulder pain could be totally unrelated to pregnancy - an old injury, being in one position too long, etc. Sometimes, people even feel gas pain in their shoulders. Gas is very common in early pregnancy.

I think you may have pulled a muscle or something.
