I like the girl names but I don't think they go well with the surname of James. First and last name is the combination heard out loud most often. Think of roll call or in the doctor's office or introducing yourself to new people. The middle name doesn't really enter into the matter.
I'm not crazy about Cohen or Brody but I do like Dalton. All three go well with James.

Abagail Hart, Abby for short. This way she has a child name, and a grown up name, just incase she wants to be a Lawyer
Riley Hart, I like it's cute
I would go with these two
I do not like the name Bailey for a girl
Brody Hart is name
I an not crazy about Cohen or Dalton
Dalton Hart is my next choice

Abigail Hart, with the nickname Abby, would be nice. But on its own, Abby is flimsy.
Bailey and Riley are okay, but not as strong as Abigail.
For a boy, I'd use Brody. Brody James is nice.

If you want a super trendy name that will always be dated around this time period, pick Bailey, Riley or Brody. Some people want that, but in 25 years it will be rather dated - something to think about.
Are you Jewish? Cohen is known for being a Jewish last name, but you may be wanting to pay homage to your heritage.

Abigail is the only good girls name. Bailey and Riley are for boys.
All of your boys' names are awful, so just use Abigail for a girl and Bailey or Riley for a boy.

I think Cohen should stay what it is: a Jewish last name. Actually, all your boy picks should stay last names. And two of your girl names should, too: Bailey and Riley are last names. Do you have any picks that are actual first names?
I mean, aside from your last name, which is a first name. I'm confused about your picks.

I have always loved the name Brodie...
I really don't like the girls' names at all. Why not go with Abigail and then call her Abby?
