Haiku in eastern has 3 lines written one suitable after yet another, with 17 syllables -- the 1st line contains 5 syllables, the 2nd has seven, and the final has 5 (5, 7, 5). In English (a under pressure language), the suggestions could be expressed with a short line, a protracted line, and yet another short -- line. regardless of the incontrovertible fact that, some contemporary English haiku writers have written 2-line haiku. this is an occasion: The flowers Reached the sky As on the grass I lie.
