when you've had way to much caffeine (soda, coffee, energy drinks, etc.) and you can't sit still, can't go to sleep, can't concentrate, etc.

Possibly derived from 'stimulated'.

look at it in the dictionary but i think it is when you over work your self or think to much stuff like that............
