I don't know how to do a cubed root, and i was wondering if anyone knew the buttons to push or anything, and the manual is too confusing. Help?

I think you just have to raide it to the 1/3 power. That is a sure fire way for any scientific or graphing calculator

Hi,
The key just above the divide key has two functions, the first function, x^y (the y is an exponent on the key and there's no carat sign), is for raising numbers to powers.
The second function of that key, x√y, (the "x" is elevated on the calculator label) is for finding roots.
Just enter the root, 3 in your case, then press 2nd, then the x^y button, then enter the number you want the root of and press the = key.

The answer above is reversed. It should be the number you are trying to find the root of, say 8, then 2nd, y^x, then the root, say 3 (for a cube root).
