No not really because T.I. is a rapper not a MC so the Hip Hop industry will be fine. But if he does jail time he will still be able to lay down tracks while he is in jail (I've seen people do it) and if he dont do that then he will put out an album as soon as he gets out and maybe it will be decent since he wil have time to sit down and read the dictionary and think of some new rhymes (I hope) and say something really meaningful instead of the same old "I got money and a car with 28's and I used to sell drugs"

no so many rap artist have been incarcerated in time but the industry of rap continues with out them hell even a few of them have made albums from jail

No it wouldn't, a lot of artist make albums when in jail or they make great comebacks because of all the time they have in jail.
