I am also 29 weeks pregnant and I have had cramps thoughout my pregnancy. It is just your uterus expanding. However, if you start bleeding then do contact your doctor immediately.

I'm 13 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. I sort of remember having cramps here and there throughout the pregnancy and was told it was the uterus stretching and growing. As long as you are not spotting and the cramps stop and are not too strong or persistent I think you are okay. Always ask your doctor just to make sure. Good luck!

Yeah it's normal. Your body is preparing for labor and you'll get these more often. I'm 36 weeks and get cramps (contractions of False Labor) ALL the time. Soaking in a bath or resting and hydrating works best for me.

yes i got them in my third trimester it is either your ligaments stretching or depending on where the pain is i could be the baby pushing on your cervix.. getting ready for delivery.
