What organizations can I send a completed "Stop Shark Definning" petitition to?

To the organization that engages in this practice. But since these are probably non-U.S. based companies, I doubt they will care. As bad as everyone says the U.S. is, it turns out that many other countries (I bet this is something that Japan does) do some really weird stuff and don't care what people from other countries think.
