I don't know about domestic violence, but you should receive some sort of punishment, the same as the people who leave their turn signal on for miles. I think I should be able to pull them over, and slap them in the head for being so stupid.

No, but you will be sent on a 10-73 trip. That's what the police call transporting someone to the mental health facility here.

I think you are safe sweety! I cracked my 'crazy bone' on the bathroom sink, slammed my finger in the door and broke my toe & as of yet I haven't been arrested or charged with anything other than clumsiness*

Not for domestic violence, but it can be seen as behavior of the mentally unstable and it is possible, with the correct witnesses, to be hospitalized for it. It can also be viewed as attempted suicide, which you can be hospitalized for regardless of who sees it.

no, but you can be 51/50'd for being a danger to yourself and you get a 3 day all expense paid trip to the nut house for observation.

It obviously wasn't hard enough!
And yes people can be arrested for harming themselves and they can aslo be committed in a luney bin for such actions.

You might get put in a mental health unit
if someone sees you do it. You might appear to be a danger to yourself.
