i have this really sharp pain like on the right side of my lower stomach. what could this be? im scared.

could it be appendicitis?

Appendix is lower right section not below the stomach. It could be anything from a pulled muscle, through gall bladder problems to slipping rib syndrome.

It could be appendicitis or something like gas, constipation, or ovulation.

If you have diarrhea, fever, vomiting, or increase in pain, go to the ER. If you don't have any other symptoms, relax and wait to see if the pain goes away.

I agree - this must be underneath 'Men's Health'!!! But it is going to good be both epididymitis or orchitis. These are infections of the localized discipline and will in most cases be handled rather effectively and with no trouble You might want a shot path of antibiotics - refer for your GP/MD/Medical adviser as quickly as feasible.

It could be ovarian pain. Some women get sharp pains on their ovaries when they ovulate.

it could be appendicitis - if it carries on/gets worse see a doctor ASAP.
