Predjudice knows no bounds.
Anyone can be a racist; even people who are blind.
A sad, but true fact of human life... :(

My brother-in-law has been colorblind all his life and he only sees black, white, and grey---no other colors.
To be racist is not a thing of color perception but an attitude that children are raised with and therefore become racist from. If you put children of all colors and nations into one sandbox to play will they not have any problems with each other--they'll play together. The worst I've seen was the question from a white little boy: "why are you so dark?" and the answer from the dark boy was:I don't know"....and then they went on playing. Colorblind people can very well be racist---it depends on their attitudes, how they got raised, what environment they grew up in, what their personal experiences with other races were. I happen to know a few totally blind people who are racist---they were born blind, can only see one color which is black, they have no perception of color--but they are racist......

What has colour blindness got to do with racism? I'm colour blind, but even if I couldn't determine between black and white, I would still know the difference between certain races. Features are different for a start. Anyone can be racist, whether colour blind or not, or even if they're totally blind. Was there really any point to this question?

Definition, racist, Adjective:
1: based on racial intolerance; "racist remarks"
2: discriminatory especially on the basis of race or religion
[syn: antiblack, anti-Semitic, anti-Semite]
n : a person with a prejudiced belief that one race is superior to others [syn: racialist]

Therefore, of course he can, if he insults a different race or religion then he is racist, no matter what disability he has.

I always look at the people eyes when I talk ,I believe that is the window of the soul. Is that mean I am color blind and racist?

No, because you misunderstand colorblindness. What is confused are pigmentation of blue and green or red and green. Shades of gray are still visible. Skin color can still be as distinguishable as say, as is visible from a black-and-white television.

Yes he or she can, because racism is not always visually based. It's about drawing lines where none should be drawn, to isolate yourself with a group of those with whom you feel more comfortable.

Of course they can.

btw, race hate isn't merely to do with colour, the nazi's were the same colour as the Jews and slavs they slaughtered.
I'm afraid your question carries a degree of racist thinking in itself.
