I'm a junior in high school, and I wanted to donate blood today, but my temperature and blood pressure were too high. Are there certain foods that I can eat more of, or something else I can do, so that my blood pressure won't be too high and I can donate next time?

Your blood pressure may have been up because you were anxious about giving blood or it is because you have an elevated temp.

Have your BP checked by the school nurse several times to see if it is up in a normal situation. If not you need to see your MD.
