Help with atoms?

Can someone describe the structure of atoms?
How many electrons does oxygen have in its first & second enegry level? & which electrons have more energy, the ones in the first energy level or the one in the second?

O has 2 in the 1st level and 6 in the second level. The ones in the 2nd level have more energy since they are farther from the nucleus.
