No, there is no ferry service between Iceland and Greenland. You can only get between those by airplane.

You wouldn't have much to do with a car in Greenland anyway. They have very few and short roads.

I imagine it must be more fun anyway to try out the dog sledges in Greenland, or fly between villages by helicopter (apparently the view is amazing!).

No, you can only fly from Reykjavik to the west coast of Greenland.

OMG i cant belive that........ i had the same problem 3 years ago...........there is no service from iceland but there is one from canada i belive.................i had mine flown in which was very pricey :(
