I have pcos, and I could tell you yes it is, if you have a cycles that comes every 45 days your are luck. Y? because you no its coming every 45 days. I on the other hand don't no when I was going to get my cycle, my cycles range for 48days, 56days, 68 days, one time I went 4 months without a cycle. the reason why its like that is because our hormones our so imbalance that triggers everything wrong, it courses us not to ovulate, nor have a reguler cycle.

I am currently taking metformin for my pcos because I am ttc, and so far it have gaven me a 29 day cycle, and I am so happy because of it now I am having more hope and faith on conceiving next month

Yeah but you have to let the doctor give you something to regulate it. Some women with pcos gets a period once a year, some regular, some gets one every 3 months and some don't have one at all with out provera (a med to induce a period) it is very irregular, ask your doc for something to make it more regular., but yeah with women with pcos it is usually irregular.
