The fetus is a Child, in fact when a Mother is Pregnant she says my Baby kicked me, not my fetus kicked me.

There was an incident when a Baby needed to be removed from the Mother to get medical treatment done before birth, and out of the Mom came a living and breathing Baby which after being operate on, was reinserted back into the Mother's womb to continue to develop and be born.

There is NO way to justify abortion. You, every single one of you, was given the gift of birth. Why would you want to take it away from some poor, defenseless child? You have it, so don't take it away.

Think you may be killing the next Albert Einstein or Grady Sizemore or MLK?

I just dont understand how anyone can do that. I dont judge in a case of incest, rape, or severe medical condition. But for the people who do it because they just dont want to responsiblity that they have created. I dont get it. I mean you have created life, even though its still a fetus, its still life, it will be life, it will have a life. Its a complete blessing to have a child, why would anyone want to take that away just because they dont want it or want to take on the responsiblity. I tired of the excuses. When I got pregnant, I had no insurance, dead end job, living with parents, etc. I fell in love with my child the moment I found out. I busted my *** to make a life for me and my son. And I am damn proud of myself for where Im at and what I did to get there. Abortion would have been the easy way out for me. But it never even crossed my mind. From the moment I found out that I was pregnant, my child came first and always will. And I did what ever it took to make a life for my son. My son has made me the happiest person alive. There is no excuse for abortion unless its a case of incest, rape or severe medical condition. Being too young, not enough money, not ready, etc. is no excuse, thats selfishness. I wasnt ready, I didnt have money, I had nothing and I mean nothing. But I created that fetus, that life, that child, it was my responsiblity to do my very best for my son!! I would take my own life for him.

The only exception maybe when the mother health is in jeopardy even then the decision to abort should be at best a last resort. Perhaps if the baby is or most likely dead.

It's not about abortion. It's about whether the government makes your medical decisions or you make them. If you or your child needed some type of medical treatment, would you want the government to say you couldn't have it? Or would you prefer to have the freedom to make your own decisions with your doctor and your family?

That's the real issue. If you think the government should make moral decisions and laws that set forth morals, there are other countries that would be a better fit for you: say, Iran, for example.

No one has to justify their health decisions to another person or to the Government; that is the essence of freedom.

While abortion will always be a moral issue; so is the idea of who and when another person has the right to tell another what to do.

There are many times when a woman's health is to be discussed with her Dr., of choice, and privacy standards should be maintained within the law.

then i or my friend or my wife would be none the wiser.
those who say, with conviction, that it is murder are just plain wrong. the way you can tell is that no one is brought up on charges or goes to jail.if those who choose to label it as murder can answer this question,i for one will change my position on the subject."how many wanted babies are aborted".to my way of thinking "how selfish is it to bring an unwanted life in to this world, only to be placed into a horrible position like foster care, orphanages or worse to be abandoned.

Princess is right.

Call it what you want, justify it any way you want, but it is what it is. You're murdering a life.

Years from now people will look back at this as a horribly selfish and irresponsible act. It's death. Pure and simple.

My wife and I lost a child at birth. It was tragic, a horrible, miserable event that was beyond what I could describe here. It has been three years and it is still horrible.

I can't imagine anyone being selfish enough to kill another so they could live a life of convenience.

If you don't want the child, that is fine. Nothing wrong with that at all. But there are MANY, MANY people who would happily adopt your baby. Like me. We can't have more.

Oh how I wish our sweet Benjamin had lived.

Don't do it. I promise you that you will regret it for the rest of your life.

Actually I defer to Doctors when it comes down to the Ethics of a Medical Procedure. Doctors are very careful with human life, and don't do things that they believe to be wrong.

On the other hand, Politicians aren't as trustworthy.
