Only those who failed to plan for their future.
That being said, and based on the other questions you have posted on here I am going to assume that your question is geared to supporting some form of "universal" heal care.
Do you honestly believe that such a program won't be rigged? Are you going to sit there and say with a straight face that with such a program, if Hillary Clinton needed a heart transplant (although I don't know how you can give a transplant for something she didn't have to begin with) and some little girl that nobody has heard of needs one, and only one heart would work for both of them that it wouldn't be Hillary that got it?
Also, do you want these same people that have screwed up everything they have done (politicians) making your health decisions? Because, it will be the government that runs it, just like they do the VA hospitals...and we've all seen what a great job they do with those.

Worse than that...how many Americans will die prematurely because they get inferior health care from HMOs that most certainly are rigged? I'm on Medicare, but after my sister died of a treatable perforated ulcer, and NOT cancer that was diagnosed, I buy supplemental insurance that costs me plenty. The HMO refused to admit her, or to send an ambulance. I will never trust them to put the patient ahead of profits! Nothing is more despicable than profiting from someone else's misery! That, incidentally, is what I think of the contractors (war profiteers) in Iraq also.

Unless we get a national health care program soon I would say way too many and possibly most Americans will use their retirement accounts to pay for medical care.

I'm sure you have some evidence to suggest HMO's are rigged....besides our retirement will be taxed to given health insurance to those who didn't bother to save for retirement so we won't have anything left for HMO's.
