I had to read a book in high school and thought it was really good, would love to read it again but I have no idea what the title was or the author-it was about this guy who could take others back in time, like on tours and stuff, but they had to stay on a 'path' type thing as not change history in anyway. well on one trip this guy just stepped off the path and like broke a twig or something and when they go back they noticed things had changed drastically, just by altering history that little. anyone know the name of this book...this was back in like 1992 or so when i was in the 10th grade...would love to read that book again.

Basically they are bringing hunters back there.. these people can hunt the animals that are about to die anyway, but one of the hunters steps on a butterfly .. when they get back they find that it has changed drastically.
