For hacking? No, by definition hacking does not constitute anything that violates laws.

For cracking or other such activities considered illegal than the answer would be yes, quite possibly.

From the wording of your question it appears that you are referring to cracking into another's machine. This would be somewhat dependent on the friend.

There are circumstances where you can get arresterd for anything. If yu hacked in there and it had classified material, illegal porn and stuff like that, yep. you could be in trouble.
It's not likely unless there is a complaint.

Yes. Hacking = unauthorized access into another persons proerty is illeagal.

Depends on several things. First and foremost, if your friend gets upset enough to press charges.

If he press charges, yes. At minimum, it's an invasion of privacy. If you cause damage or steal any information, you can get charged for it too.

Hacking is legal if you have consent to hack, it's illegal only when it is without consent, so if your friend says it's ok then it's ok.

its not reccomended,but theres a huge chance there will be no proof it was you
...but giving him/her viruses ,and other computer damaging things may/will make this more seroius

No, just say you had reason to believe your friend had illegal music, then call the RIAA and they will pay for your defense.
