You're right. Cut down on the caffine, or have de-caf coffee or tea.

I carry a spray of 'Bach's rescue remedy' in my bag when I feel I need rescuing from stress. I find it helps.

I find that when I'm more organised, I feel much less stressed. I keep a diary now, so I don't forget the dates of things etc. It also helps to get things ready the night before you go to sleep, so that you're not scambling around in the morning for them.

I also set all my clocks 10 minutes fast, so I leave home at the time I should, to be a little early.

Have you tried 'emotional acupressure'?- the tapping thing. (I've just starting looking into it myself).

I am not feeling very stressed right at this current moment, but I am just getting ready to get off work, and go pick up the kids from school, then from there I get stressed, cause I have alot of responsibilities from that point on. Doctors appointment, homework, dinner, kids, blah blah blah. What I try to do to release some of my stress is turn up the radio, and listen to some music, and then after I am done taking care of all of my kids and mans needs, I go to the gym and work out to release some stress. I listen to my I pod really loud and just work out for a good hour by myself. Then sit in the Sauna for about 20 min. Wow that always makes the stress go away. Good luck to you

Stress is an unavoidable side-effect of life. Learn to love your stressors, give up work and live a simple life foraging for food in the wilderness;practise meditation and always try to get 8 hours sleep per day, play a musical instrument and sing, write poetry. Or you could see a psychiatrist.

The thing to do is prioritise your work. Also, check your diet, and ensure it is balanced. You may be drinking too much coffee. Try Redbush tea, cocoa, or fruit teas, or water.

Make sure you eat properly too, as skipping meals can cause blood sugar levels to go down too quickly leading to stressful feelings.

Don`t take life too seriously. Get laid back and enjoy that coffee.

Far to many people are living highly strung lives, letting all the little things get on top of them. Life is far too short to be worried or stressed about anything..

Worried, thoughtful and pensive.
Shall go out for a walk with my puppy soon, that usually helps. Or it would if it were not tipping down with rain....
