I always thought the idea of putting the testicles outside of the male body in a stupid little pouch and then packing them chock full of pain fibers was a rather inane solution to the problem of transitioning spermatogenesis from the cold blooded reptile to the warm blooded mammal.
A far better solution in my opinion would be to simply adapt spermatogenesis to higher temperatures (duh) and then allow the testicles to remain deep inside the body (as the female of our species does it.) What was the creator thinking when he thought up the idea of the scrotum? Heaven only knows.

Separation of the openings of the GI and respiratory tracts, to avoid aspiration, choking, etc. Separation of female genitalia from rectum and bladder to avoid infections. More stable knee construction (currently designed as a ball on a table). Low back fusion for stability. Self-cleaning arteries. Zippers for access to veins, arteries, internal organs.
