If each continent should have a capital, what should it be?

...minus Australia and Antarctica, since Australia is an entire country on a continent already and Antarctica doesn't have any permanent inhabitants.

These are my picks, given the development, infrastructure, economic and political prowess, population, and capital:
A. North America: New York
B. South America: Buenos Aires
C. Asia: Tokyo
D. Europe: London would be my first pick, but a good case could be made for Paris and Berlin.
E. Africa: Johannesburg would be my first pick, but a good case could be made for Nairobi or Cairo.

I dont care.... Especially since your not going to include us from down under NZ,Australia,Fiji Islands and so on........
