A Plant cell has
-A Cell Wall
-Chloroplasts
-Chlorophyll

An animal cell has
-Cilia/Flagela
-Centrioles

Cell walls present ---- No cell walls present

Plastids occur in cytoplasm ---- No plastids are found


Lysosomes not usually not ---- Lysosomes occur in
cytoplasm

evident Centrioles present ----- Centrioles always present
only in cells of lower plant
forms

Large vacuoles filled with cell sap ----- Vacuoles, if
present are
small and contractile
or temporary vesicles

Chloroplasts and a large central vacuole, I believe. And an actual cell wall, rather than just a plasma membrane.
