Now this poses a very interesting question as it is not so much my brain at war with another body part....it is more of a case of the left and right side of my brain are at war with each other....you know the feeling you get when you just can't get along with yourself and blame yourself for everything? when you have a war inside your head?

My mind and wanting to stick to my diet is at constant war with my bodies stubborn need to hold on to the fat and make me hungry! I'm happy to report that my mind has been winning these past few months and I'm getting healthier every day.
