Do you add sauce separately, or cook it with the sauce in it?

I add the sauce after the spaghetti is cooked and drained. Add it as I serve it right on top with some grated cheese...Yummy!

I like to make my sauce separately,xpecially if I`m doing it with shrimps or Italian sausage.It looks better when u serve it on the table.
