My eyes have been burning latly as well as the inside of my nose and now i wake up with these mild headaches and when i do i feel mucus in my throught so i go to spit and there is blood in it. This only happens when i wake up not during the day, i find my self spitting a lot to see if the is any blood and there is not it only happens when i wake up any ideas what this may be ??

probably allergies. I have had it happening to me for a week, but no blood with it. Headaches, mucas, itchy eyes( i want to scratch them out!), runny nose ( now it feels like its burning because I've blown it all out) eveything irritates it. I'm usually better throughout the day but the morning is horrible.

Sounds like you may have a sinus infection. You need to see your doctor for a safe treatment.
