To me 1mil is A LOT.
-i`m 13 and i don't really plan on spending that much money right now-
i would give HALF of it to my parents. yes HALF of it.
i would keep the other half to myself and with that i would......
- go on a shopping spree
- go to boarding school somewhere out of the U.S.
- if there is anything left i'd save it.

I would buy Real Estate in Michigan. There are some VERY good deals right now. As long as I pay CASH, I can afford to wait for the market to recover.
