There are some very popular ones in Brighton (which has a large Russian population) including one about a block from the Brighton High School and the Police Station. When I used to pass through that area I was familiar with the restaurant names around there but have forgotten them now. Try walking around that vicinity and they will be obvious.

Don't really have much Russian in Boston. It's more known for traditional seafood, English, Irish and Italian. If you want more ethnic..Polish, Russian, etc...you may want to travel towards Western Mass, or even NYC. Make a weekend out of it!
