Which pool would take up more room in my yard a round 20x48 or a rectangular 13x21x48 Thanks?

My yard is not real big and I am trying to decide which pool to buy

48 is the depth of the pool-4 feet deep

Two numbers are not needed for round, so do you mean an ellipse?
Three numbers are not needed to describe a rectangle, so do you mean a trapezoid 48 feet long and 13 feet at one end and 21 at the other?
Unless this is purely a mathematical exercises in area, for all practical purposes they are the same since you won't be able to use the left over area.
