yes and it is good for you to soak your muscles. If you want to take a hot bath, i always!! do, then go for it, it will make your cramps subside and your muscles relax. Do not listen to that old myth that you are not supposed to bathe during your period....if anything you need more baths during your period because you are producing more oil and body odors!!! good luck!!!! I live in the south and my mom said that all the women in her family take a hot bath to cure cramps!!!

I usually don't take baths during my period( unsanitary for me) I prefer shower. But I will tell you that if you do a lil excersise before your perio comes( maybe 4/5 days) it will take away the cramps oh and throw and 2 midols you'll feel good as new lol

YUP,,,, works for me it calms me down & i can finally sleep.. poping pills for cramps just doesnt feel rite oR heating pad should work too BUT a WARM BATH works better for me

hi yes but dont have it too hot , try using a hot water bottle in bed and having lots of warm drinks , and paracetomol

yeppers it sure does. If you are squimish about the blood issue (normally most women won't "leak" into their bath water) then you can do a warm/hot shower instead!

don't take a bath when you have your period unless you're using tampons! but yeah, anything warm on your stomach will help with the cramps.

i always take bubble baths. even when i have my period. but i dont put a tampon in just for that. i have never bled in the water before.
