It you're looking for Roosevelt's FAILURES, I don't think you'll find much acknowledgment of them in the links so far supplied (to very PRO-FDR sites).
There are a number of sources you could consult that lay out how the aggressive and willy-nilly experimentation by FDR and his "brain trust" PREVENTED the economy from any sustained recovery. But if you want a good NARRATIVE of the whole period, that puts it all together AND tells a good story, I highly recommend the new book by Amity Shlaes, *The Forgotten Man: A New History of the Great Depression*. If you can't immediately work through the whole, the first chapter is a very effective introduction which helps you get a basic understanding of his approach. . . and how it did NOT work.
I cannot detail these here -- though I've included a link to a couple of reviews of Shlaes's book that gives you a start -- but his plans (much influenced by socialist and fascist models of the 1920s!) included such things as government MANAGING of different businesses, personally taking over and arbitrarily deciding the value of the dollar.
One underlying theme to all this was that with his constant experimentations, everything, esp. the RULES, kept changing. Without some stability it was too risky for investors and businesses to take major risks (which are so critical to major economic growth), so they did NOT.. and the economy stagnated. He ALSO undercut private businesses by having government competing with or taking over areas traditionally handled (and much better, because of better incentives to take appropriate risks and NOT to be wasteful...)
(Ironically, many now think of Hoover as not doing much, when in fact he tried some of the same things as FDR--with similarly poor results-- but not to the same extremes, but lacked the radio voice to make his "sales pitch".)
By the way, early in the book she explains who "the forgotten man" was. In fact, it was NOT the same for FDR as for the man he borrowed the expression from.. and that is a major key to understanding where Roosevelt went wrong.
