I can feel your pain! Do you mean that he got married and you have continued to be intimate with him.
He has four children?
Once he got married,he should have known where his heart was.Now ,that he is that marriage should be respected.
What is he going to teach his children. Marriage and commitment are not serious!
You need to put distance, how ever you can between you and him. Don't date on the "rebound". But you need to meet someone else.
This could get worse,if you got pregnant by him now!
I'm sorry for your pain, but you (if not him)need to be strong enough to move on.Image your his wife and you find out he has been unfaithful. Can you image her pain!
Take care!

You don't have to stop loving him ever. There can always be a spot in your heart where he lives. Remember the good times and what all you have been through. .

you don't, but it is possible to love 2 people at once ...just like he loves someone else...I'm sure a part of him still loves you, just not in the same way. start thinking about someone else who might be worthy of your love and it ll be easier for you to let go

This was me about 20 years ago. It gets better over time. My faith helped me through it. I'll be thinking about you.
