You say you are really young, perhaps its best to wait, you might be still going through puberty and this problem might correct it self in time.

Well, just how uneven are they, and just how much time, pain and money are you looking to spend on them over your life? If there's a difference of even a cup size, this is normal and it may also balance itself out over time (you yourself say you are young, and it's normal for a woman's breasts to change size and shape well into her 20's). Plus any "evening" you do now is probably going to undo itself if you get pregnant, gain or lose a significant amount of weight, or just with the passage of time.

The best thing to do is start by talking to a doctor to see if you're maybe over-reacting to normal imbalances in a woman's body. It really might not be that big a deal, or it may be the kind of thing you can correct with certain exercises that build and strengthen the muscle under the breast.

If you *do* decide you can;t live with your breasts the way they are, a breast reduction will cost anywhere from $4000-15000 depending on how much they are reducing it and any other procedures (like how far they have to relocate the nipple). And since your breasts will change shape during pregnancy and breast-feeding, you will probably have to do it all over again in a few years, after you're done having kids.

I'm not saying not to have the surgery--- if it really makes you unhappy to have uneven breasts, go for it. But remember that nothing "perfect" comes in nature. Everything is a little uneven. One of your feet will be a little bigger than the other, too, and the same is true for everyone. You might just need a little more age and wisdom to appreciate your body the way it is.
