well it could be bad gas, or it could be that its not jetted properly. If it bogs down it could be running to lean (starving for Fuel) I would change the gas (us 93 octaine) and then see how it runs.

i would suggest checking the fuel filters. if u were filling the tank while the tanker was filling the station tanks, ur pump might have sucked up some stirred up sediment.
u also might have gotten a bit of water in the gas. dumpin some dry gas in there will fix that.
if the bike was running fine before filling up, it definately sounds like u got sediment clogged fuel filters. u'll need to drain the tank, and the filters are held on by a couple of screws. clean and replace. i recommend draining the carb bowl just in case there is water in the tank.

Check for plugged gas tank vent. If you pull over, open the gas cap, and it runs fine for a while, you may have a plugged vent. As the fuel level drops, it creates a partial vacuum, and the fuel can't flow. When you open the cap, the vacuum is relieved.

Fuel delivery problem.
Most likely dirty fuel filter, either in-line or petcock (yes, you can say it, it's not bad) screen.
Sounds like the bowls get low when you start suckin' the juice.
A dirty screen won't allow the fuel flow needed.

I suspect the fuel filter is clogged or maybe you need some new spark plugs.
