Most newer bikes want start with stand down, or in gear unless you pull in clutch lever. If theres no power to lights check fuse near battery. Lots bikes have a kill switch on right side handler bar, check that also.

Edit your question and give more info. Does it start with difficulty, cranks but no start, doesn't crank at all ???

There is probably a clutch switch in the electric starter circuit, and probably a stand switch in the ignition circuit (IE kills bike if stand is down while in gear)

Like GB said - more info.
That bike doesn't have a side stand switch.
Does have a neutral safety switch (at the clutch lever).
