I think you're a plumber...you're a bit windy though.
I doubt it's the net pay.
If you are a single Filipino Citizen, w/o qualified dependents and living/staying here in the Philippines, the computation of your witholding tax would be:
Basic Annual Pay: 7,200,000.00
Less: Personal Exemption
SIngle w/o qualified dependents 20,000.00
---------------------
Net Taxable Compensation 7,180,000.00
Est. Annual income tax
1st. deduction 125,000.00
2nd.excess of 500,000 (35%) 2,338,000.00
---------------------
Estimated Annual Income Tax 2,463,000.00
Divided by 12 mons. /12
---------------------
Approximate W/TAX 205,250.00
Then, 600,000.00 less 205,250.00 is 394,750.00!! OUCH!
You'll be receiving only a roughly amount of "394,750.00" if my computation is correct!
Note: The computation of W/tax is only an annual assumption but it is proven that the actual computation of W/tax based on monthly basis is much more higher. Hehehehe!
It's just sad to let go much of your salary to the corrupt government!!

A Marketing Director of a multinational company is paid that salary, or higher. In fact, if you get just that and they hire you as Marketing Director, you should demand for more perks, especially if you are coming in as an expat. If that pay is all you will get, then consider how much will be left if you rent a place to stay, get yourself a car, driver, and househelp.
If you are a foreigner, you should then consider how much is left, in dollars. You might see that that salary is too little a compensation for your expertise.
