go to dol.gov and look under postings in the alphabetic search section. You can print off the federal posters that you need from their site. The requirements depend on how many employees you have. You'll need minimum wage, FMLA, and maybe some others.

Check your state website also - there are often state requirements for posting in addition to federal.

Check this out at http://www.sba.gov. The information you seek should be there. Also, there is the EEOC: http://www.eeoc.gov/

It takes a lot of research. There are some basic posters for minimum wage and discrimination.
