If it were for national security, then traces could be arranged.

No chance of that happening for normal people.

I suggest this service: http://phonedetectives.co - The best reverse cell phone lookup service.

It's a cheap service that works great! It could be used for a much deeper search. You can use it to get hold of different varieties of background reports, and in addition cell numbers, addresses and names.. you can get unlimited reports... I ran with this because I required to verify more numbers.

You can get the name, other phone number, address history, relatives, and much more about anyone! The completly free reverse phone lookup generally doesn't provide anything interesting. To get interesting information, money will must be paid. The free searches don't provide considerably more than what may be found through the phone directory or personal information and they simply require your email to send spam. The reverse phone detective search tool does work, but you should use just the service that I posted above. The last thing you want to do, is pay for a service and find the numbers you want to lookup are not available in their directory.

The service that I reccomend doesn't have any kind of problem , you won't get any bad surprise! Trust it!

Reverse Phone Lookup area gives you additional access to millions of public records, including:

+ Find out the source of a harassing ("prank") caller
+ Research a number that appeared on your phone bill
+ Locate an old friend from high school or college
+ Research "missed calls" on your caller ID that you don't recognize
+ Verify an address
+ And more...

Get a No Cost Phone Number Scan at https://bitly.im/aOeqf

Its a good way to start. The place lets you to do a no cost phone scan simply to find out if any telephone data is there. This basic alalysis is done without cost. For a full detailed report its a modest payment.

Here's Reverse / Whose Number Lookup page. If you're talking about cell phones, you usually have to pay for that. I've had pretty good luck just using Google a phone number to find out who's calling. If you are researching a quantity of numbers, though, I suppose, you might want a service. I can't imagine why the average person would need to research a quantity of numbers, though, so I assume this is business-related, and it then seems only fair that you pay for a service. But maybe it's not.

Hi Hayley

There is no way to find out who they are unfortunately. If the messages have been threatening or abusive contact the police who can forward the correct documentation to the network operator for them to be able to provide information. Anyone who pertains to be able to get the information any other way would be doing so illegally - specifically breaking the data protection laws in the UK.

Have the texts been abusive? On some phones you can block numbers if not contact your network and ask them for advice or you could go to the police if they are abusive. Does somebody have a grudge towards you?

Google "reverse cell lookup" for 15 bucks, it will tell you who they are, their address, and their home number. Scary, really. There aren't any free sites for that, and the company can't tell you who they are, legally, but they can help you block their number. Other wise look 'em up with the reverse lookup and slash their fuking tires! ;)
