Lots of places rent to people with bad credit. After all, if you had excellent credit, people would often buy a home instead.
Often you pay a higher deposit, tho, just ask. Some wont even ask for credit report if you pay a whole year of rent in advance.

people with BAD CREDIT have that for a reason: THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS. Why would I want to risk my property being rented to someone who already has a history of NOT paying their obligations? Would YOU rent to someone who is unlikely to pay you ? These people also often have a history of not caring for or improperly maintaining that which is not their own, so my answer is NO--I will not rent to anyone without a good credit rating.

Try renting from a private party, they might be more understanding than a rental management company.
Where are you planning to rent?

unfortunately I don't rent to people with bad credit because they have a tendency to not to be able to pay their rent on a regular basis.
