Do you look at a glass half filled, half full or half empty?

I would look at it as a glass, with some quantity of something in it. That, in turn, would generate further questions to be pondered.

What is in the glass? Is it cool and refreshing? What does it smell like? Should I take a sip? Is it someone else's glass? Where did they go off to? Will they be back? Where is that waitress? I ordered my drink, like fifteen minutes ago, and she is still nowhere to be seen. Who played this song on the jukebox?

it depends... if u pour the water into the glass... it is half full,
however, if u dump the water out of the glass, it it half empty...

It would depend on wether or not you were going to throw it at me. If you were going to throw it I would say half-full. Or did I mean to say half-empty. Oh well when it hits me I"ll know.

Depends whose glass I'm looking at....LOL We all have one you know. Sometimes in trying to keep another full, we end up spilling ours, so you have to be careful. Emptying it is easy, filling it up again is much harder and sometimes even impossible.
