I am 27 weeks and I just wasn't sure what was typical. Should I be 32 weeks or around then? This is my first child and I want to take lamaze.

Most doctors recommend taking Lamaze or "birth" classes anywhere from late in your 7th month to early 8th month.
Don't wait too late. First babies are unpredictable. I delivered at 34 weeks and luckily, had just finished my class.

The times vary since they offer classes only at certain times. You may be a little further or less than others in the class. It seemed to me that I was 7 months or more.
