When just the sight of them makes you so angry that you could kill a grizzly bear with your bare teeth.
Or when the sound of their voice makes the hair on your neck stand up and your feet to start walking towards the gun cabinet.
Or perhaps it's when they are the ONE thing that you want out of your mind, only to find that they are the ONE thing that stays in it.
** No, I don't believe that absence makes the heart grow fonder. But I do believe it has saved a number of relatives from getting the sh*t beat out of them.

When they all turn against us for being independent. This they have done, they put my wife down and threatened to neglect our children. So we moved 1900 miles away, which makes it more difficult for them to see us, and we haven't looked back since then.
No, we do not miss any of them. Absence makes us jump high into the air and click our heels together like crack happy leprechauns.

Are they the ones who always ask for money? I hate those family members. I tell them that I have the money buried and give them a map. They will be gone for weeks, sometimes months. I still don't have the heart to tell them the map came out of a Board Game! hahahahahahahaha
hugs babe

usually when they start p*ssing me off so bad i know i will say something i'll regret.
absence for me does not make the heart grow fonder, but it does give me time to take a breath and regroup.

When they keep calling around, though thankfully my Nana has stopped doing that as well as bringing my 4 yr old cousin around with her.
I actually told her oneday that no Amber ( cousin ) is not staying around for Dinner because I am tired because I've had a busy day.
I'd already played enough with that child, who is bloody naughty at times too but yes I still love her.

when they start getting on my nerves and want to dictate things to me in which they have no knowledge. In such a situ. I tell them bluntly to mind their own business and not interrupt me. So many times they complain about my being rude. But I feel happy, because it gives me peeeeeeeeeeeeace of mind.

i have had tussles with my dad many times. because he got a little too involved. i know he was just trying to help, but he pushed me away more because he wanted full control of me. and no one likes to be a robot unless they are dancing.
