Because it already has a floor and a roof I would estimate it will run between $35-65 sq.ft. depending on how much you want to do. For instance if you wanted skylights the cost would be on the high end of the range. Good luck and have fun!!

Beyond WHERE; you don't offer us any details; such as what do you want to do? CONVERT...to what?
2 bedroom semi detached isn't much help, no offense meant.
Many of us would be happy to suggest if we had some info to work with.

where is it? I live in the New York metropolitan area there it would be expensive. Where you are it could be cheap. It all depends on where you live
