They're not going to wear their clothes. They will wear clothes for the show owned by the network, put together by a stylist. The network can do deals with certain designers they like for clothes for a show.

As with the American ones they are costumes that belong to the studio as far as I know. The US ones have people who purchase them for the shows. Some big times stars have a person who purchases just for that actress.

They get it from the Studio. It is already predetermined what they are gonna wear in each episode. The studios have their own Costum designers on site.
