I have been looking at properties in Colorado, and utah does anyone know if there are places in either state wher they do not have snow?

Oh yeah, check out Boulder, Co, I grew up there, most often we are swimming in our out door pool for Xmas, last winter our record low was 58 deg in January..

Yes, Utah near the Arizona border down around st. George.
Colorado, not it get snow almost every year every wear.
And even Southern Utah may get an occasional snow, but not to much or often.

Boulder, Colorado is lovely. There's no snow there, either, at least in the summertime.
