No -- very few are actually going into Iraq -- and even fewer were there to start with.
Even a terrorist is not foolish enough to move INTO the middle of a civil war without a very good reason.

And their numbers are relatively small. Foreign jihadis make up a very small portion of the insurgency. The vast majority of them are Iraqis who are simply opposing a foreign army occupying their country.
