I've donate enough to have earned my 3 gallon pin from the Blood Center. I try to do it at least 2 times a year before the summer and before Christmas.

I started at 16 and do it 4 times a year so....4x4=16+2=18
18 times so far.
I have a rare blood type. Can't think of it right now though, but since I am rare I feel it's my duty to donate.

I donated blood for 25 years until last year. This elderly lady who had never had problems before decided to take it from a different spot and she kept messing up. She made me wonder if my veins were wearing out because I donated too much. Probably it's not true.

Yeah, all the time! I have O+, so I'm called regularly by the blood bank to donate.

Good for you as you help people who really need it most. I gave about 20-25 times but since I had cancer and chemo, I can no longer do it. I'm ok today and in good health but not allowed to give blood. I appreciate that you do though, thanks!

No I have to b 17 or older when I live and am 16. Plus am a scared ***.
