taking the pill one day after your period?

I took the pill one day after my period (i forgot to take it on the first day). Does this still put me at risk? I had sex after I finished the whole pack (during the 7 days pause).

No it should be okay. If you took it a day after your period it just means you wouldnt be protected untill you had taken the pill for seven days. After seven days, you are protected against pregnancy so if you've taken the whole pack then you should be fine. Hope that helps you a little bit! :]

You will be protected at the 99% effectiveness the pill works at.
